The PLD800 concrete batching machine is a sand and gravel batching device that uses a loader or belt conveyor for loading. It can be used in conjunction with a mixer and can also be used in conjunction with equipment such as cement silos to form fully automatic and semi-automatic mixing stations. It is divided into one-way and two-way modes. It can automatically complete the batching process of 3-6 materials such as sand, stone, and cement (secondary concrete) according to the concrete ratio designed by the user. The use of an electronic weighing system can effectively ensure the accuracy of the mix ratio of cement, sand, and gravel, further improving the accuracy of weighing. This series of products adopts electronic weighing, microcomputer control, digital display, and wired remote control operation. It has the advantages of accurate weighing, high batching precision, fast speed, strong control function, and easy operation.
