PLD1600 concrete batching machine

The PLD1600 concrete batching machine has high batching precision and accuracy. The batching device adopts belt conveyor or loader loading method to effectively ensure the accuracy of the mix ratio of three or more materials such as cement/sand/gravel. The main models are PLD1600 two-bin batching machine, PLD1600 three-bin batching machine, and PLD1600 four-bin batching machine. The PLD1600 series concrete batching machine consists of three parts: feeding system, weighing system and electrical control system. (1) Feeding system: It consists of a storage hopper and a feeding device. Its main function is to store materials and add materials to the weighing hopper under the control of the control system. Feeding system type: PLD800-1200 type, which is a belt conveyor feeding; (2) Weighing system: The weighing system is the key part of the batching machine. It consists of a weighing hopper, a suspension device, a weighing system sensor, a batching controller, etc. (3) Electrical control system: The electrical control system is the core component of the batching machine. Its function is to realize the weighing, display, operation and completion of various automatic batching procedures of the entire batching machine. The system mainly consists of two parts: the batching controller and the high-voltage circuit.
