The WBZ600 Stabilized Soil Mixing Plant is a specialized equipment for stabilizing soil, designed for mixing stabilized soil, water-stabilized aggregate, and fly ash sand and gravel. With a theoretical capacity of up to 600 tons per hour, it utilizes a continuous twin-shaft forced mixer to ensure uniform and efficient mixing. This equipment is suitable for base course construction projects on highways, Class I and Class II highways, urban roads, airports, and sports fields. It can handle a variety of raw materials, including quicklime and hydrated lime, to produce high-quality base courses such as lime soil.
