Main details

Mixing system

The main unit features dual-sided four-hole maintenance access points, making cleaning and blade replacement quick and easy during production. The dual-bearing, bushingless cylinder reduces blade wear, preventing blockages and scratches from hard objects. The wear-resistant round steel mixing blades and blades are non-stick and easy to clean.
Batching System

The batching hopper features a large capacity and a wide feed opening, enabling dual-side feeding. The entire frame is constructed of H-shaped steel, offering strong pressure resistance and resistance to deformation. A built-in vibrator is standard, eliminating issues such as hopper blockage and uneven material delivery. Sensor weighing ensures individual material metering, enhancing batching accuracy.
Conveying system

The system consists of a screw conveyor and a belt conveyor. The screw conveyor utilizes automated welding technology and a paint finish, with thickened spiral blades. This technology is mature and ensures stable quality. The belt conveyor utilizes a skirted belt, eliminating spillage and leakage during production, reducing production costs and raw material waste.
Finished product hopper

The entire series is equipped with a hopper, which allows for continuous machine change during production, making operation easy and reducing material waste. The fully automatic door-controlled opening and closing saves labor costs.
Control System

The work panel features clear workflow and easy operation. The system intelligently detects and displays each metering and weighing process. It features self-vibration for low-material and alarms for high-material-overage. Manual operation is also possible in special circumstances, allowing one person to complete the entire process.
Cement Silo

The cement silo is available in sheet, vertical, and horizontal configurations. It is equipped with a material level indicator and dust removal system, and the silo cone features a dome-breaking device. Powder material conveying is fully sealed, ensuring zero pollution and waste.

Working Principle

Stationary stabilized soil mixing plant is suitable for large scale continuous operation of the stable layer of highway construction. The aggregate, power and water adopt frequency conversion to control the rate of flow, which achieves high measuring accuracy and stability. The quantity of aggregate storage bins can be changed from four to six according to the needs of the project.
