Our company’s HZS120 fixed-belt concrete batching plant recently arrived in Tanzania, and installation has been successfully completed. Equipment Arrival and On-site Guidance

After the concrete batching plant arrived in Tashkent, our team of after-sales engineers quickly visited the site to oversee and guide the entire installation process. Their extensive experience and professional skills ensured a smooth installation. Throughout the installation process, the engineers not only had to resolve various technical issues but also maintained close communication with local staff to ensure that every step went according to plan.

The steps for installing a concrete batching plant are as follows:
Site Preparation
First, clear the construction site of debris and ensure it is level and clean. Furthermore, fixed-belt concrete batching plants typically require foundation construction, so construction should be carried out strictly in accordance with the design plan.
Main Equipment Installation
Main equipment was hoisted to the designated location and assembled according to the installation drawings, paying attention to the exact sequence, position, and height to ensure that all components were correctly installed.
Pipe Connection
According to the design drawings, install the pipes and fittings onto the equipment and secure them with bolts. After installation, carefully inspect for leaks.
Electrical System Installation
Build the electrical system support and install the corresponding equipment. Then, connect the wires and cables according to the electrical drawings. After completion, perform a system test and make adjustments based on the test results.
Commissioning
The concrete batching plant is thoroughly tested and adjusted according to the equipment manual, and a trial run is conducted to ensure that the equipment is operating properly and producing concrete that meets standards.

Installation Completed
Thanks to the collaborative efforts of our engineers, the installation work was successfully completed in just 35 days. During this time, they also provided comprehensive training to the on-site staff, covering equipment operating procedures, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting. Through this training, the staff not only mastered the equipment’s operation but also gained a deep understanding of the importance of safe operation, providing strong support for the long-term and stable operation of the concrete batching plant.
