He HZS60 stationary concrete batching plant produced by our company (Senxin Machinery) recently arrived in Poland and has been successfully installed. Combining advanced technology with high-efficiency performance, the HZS60 concrete batching plant’s superior configuration will bring significant advantages to local construction projects.

The HZS60 is equipped with a large-capacity concrete mixer featuring a 1m³ twin-shaft design. Compared to traditional equipment, it can mix a larger volume per batch, easily meeting the demands of high-intensity, continuous operations. The twin-shaft forced mixing system not only significantly improves concrete uniformity but also ensures that the concrete quality meets the stringent requirements of local large-scale factories, roads, and infrastructure construction.

Secondly, the HZS60 utilizes a combination of a ground batching system and an inclined belt conveyor, replacing the traditional dragline batching method. Its metering accuracy reaches as high as ±1%, significantly improving batching efficiency. The belt conveyor system ensures continuous and stable material supply, effectively eliminating the intermittent pauses associated with traditional methods. Furthermore, the enclosed conveying channel design reduces dust spillage, fully meeting higher environmental standards.

Intelligence is another key feature of the HZS60. Its intelligent production management system achieves fully automated control. The automatic drop compensation system corrects batching errors in real time, ensuring the accuracy of the concrete mix ratio. The main unit current monitoring module intelligently determines the mixing load, effectively preventing the risk of equipment overload. An air pressure sensor system coordinates and controls the air system, ensuring the stable operation of key components such as the discharge gate. High-definition cameras in the control room allow operators to monitor key locations such as the batching silo, main unit, and discharge port in real time, while an electronic work order system facilitates traceability of the entire production process. The user-friendly interface design is also exceptional. Featuring a simplified visual graphical operation panel and a pre-set production recipe library, new employees can become independent operators after just three days of training, significantly shortening the training period for traditional equipment.
The HZS60 utilizes a modular steel structure design, combining an integrated high-strength steel frame with standardized prefabricated components. This not only facilitates quick assembly but also reduces the difficulty and time required to fabricate the equipment foundation, saving significant construction costs.
Finally, the safety protection system provides reliable assurance for the stable operation of the HZS60. Regarding equipment safety, mechanical limiters are installed on key locations, such as the concrete mixer truck inspection door and the conveyor belt. Emergency stop buttons cover all hazardous areas with a response time of ≤0.5 seconds. Regarding production safety, the air pressure monitoring system provides real-time warnings of air circuit anomalies, ensuring the reliability of pneumatic components. The voltage and current monitoring system monitors the power consumption of core equipment in real time, ensuring the safety and reliability of the electronic control system. Regarding personnel safety, protective covers are installed on key components, and audible and visual alarms are installed in hazardous areas.
The successful delivery and installation of the HZS60 stationary concrete batching plant will inject new vitality into Poland’s construction industry and contribute to the efficient progress of local construction projects. We look forward to its continued role in creating greater value for customers in the future.
