Introduction

The counterattack crusher (counterattack crusher) is a new generation of counterattack crusher developed based on the specific industrial and mining conditions of the domestic sand and gravel industry. This equipment adopts very new manufacturing technology and unique structural design. The processed products are cubic, tension-free, and crack free, with good particle shape. It can crush various coarse, medium, and fine materials (granite, limestone, concrete, etc.) with a feed particle size of no more than 500mm and a compressive strength of no more than 350MPa. Its discharge particle size can be adjusted, and the crushing specifications are diversified. It is widely used in industries such as hydropower, highways, artificial sand and gravel, and crushing.

Working Principle

The impact crusher uses impact energy to crush materials. During operation, the motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed, which in turn drives the plate hammer, producing high-speed impact on the material fed into the crushing chamber to crush it, and the crushed material is thrown tangentially at high speed to the impact plate at the other end of the crushing chamber to be crushed again. Then the material rebounds from the impact plate to the plate hammer, and the above process is repeated. On the way back and forth, the materials collide with each other, and the materials continue to crack, become loose and broken. When the particle size of the material is smaller than the gap between the impact plate and the plate hammer, it is discharged from the discharge port.

The hydraulic adjustment system allows for easy adjustment of the distance between the impact frame and blow bars. The hydraulic top opening mechanism and three-part frame structure save time and effort in maintenance. The deadweight safety device is safe and reliable. The feed chute and impact plate are equipped with heating devices, and the impact crusher has no grate on the bottom, which crushes wet materials while maintaining smooth discharge.
