A silo roof dust collector is a single-unit dust removal device with an automatic dust cleaning mechanism. This pulsed, reverse-flushing dust collector is suitable for purifying dust-laden gases and recovering materials in the metallurgical, building materials, cement, machinery, chemical, power, and light industrial sectors. By utilizing pulsed, chambered, and air-stopped cleaning, a single spray can achieve complete dust removal, extending cleaning cycles and reducing energy and compressed air consumption. The silo roof dust collector's operating principle: A welded flange is welded to the cement silo (or other powder container) to support the dust collector. A connecting clamp seals the sealed cylinder and the welded flange together. A vibrating plate is sandwiched between the sealed cylinder and the upper cylinder. The filter element is interference-fitted to the vibrating plate. When the screw conveyor feeds powder-using machinery, the silo pressure drops below atmospheric pressure, allowing atmospheric air to flow into the silo, enabling the screw conveyor to operate normally.
