Material: National standard steel Application: Applicable to all types of cement silos Screw conveyors are characterized by their simple structure, small cross-sectional dimensions, excellent sealing, reliable operation, and low manufacturing cost. They facilitate intermediate loading and unloading, are reversible in conveying direction, and can convey in both directions simultaneously. Materials can also be stirred, mixed, heated, and cooled during conveying. Loading and unloading gates can adjust the material flow rate. However, they are not suitable for conveying perishable, viscous, easily agglomerated, or bulky materials. Vertical screw conveyors are suitable for short-distance vertical conveying. Flexible screw conveyors, with their spirals composed of a flexible shaft and synthetic rubber blades, are easily bent and can be arranged to meet site or process requirements for spatial conveying. Screw conveyor blades are available in either pre-tensioned or fully-tensioned versions. Pre-tensioned versions can be manufactured to any thickness and size, while fully-tensioned versions are not suitable for producing non-standard spirals.
